Philip Nerney has represented community associations since 1990. These include high-rise and townhouse condominiums, planned community associations and cooperative housing corporations. He has been a regular seminar speaker on association-related topics since 2004 and he has also testified in the First and Second Circuit Courts as an expert in condominium matters.
