Philip Nerney has represented community associations since 1990. These include high-rise and townhouse condominiums, planned community associations and cooperative housing corporations. Mr. Nerney deals with a broad range of associations, big and small, in good times and bad, with standard and exotic issues. Sample services include:

Mr. Nerney is a member and past Chair of the Community Associations Institute (“CAI”) (Hawaii Chapter) Legislative Action Committee whose service has been recognized by the following awards: CAI’s President’s Award (2009 and 2010), Volunteer of the Year (2010) and Public Advocate of the Year (2013). He has been a regular seminar speaker on association-related topics since 2004 and he has also testified in the First and Second Circuit Courts as an expert in condominium matters.
